BUSINESS ANALYST (PAYMENTS) - BANK - DUTCH/FRENCH/ENGLISH SPEAKING

A Business Analyst with a knowledge of payments and can speak Dutch, French and English is required for major financial organisation in Belgium. The Business Analyst should have the following skills:

Business Process modelling ; affinity with functional analysis is a +

- Affinity with LEAN methodology (Black belt can, but is not mandatory)
- Knowledge of the bank and Payments products
- Affinity with Tariffs, Conditions and Billing systems and methods
- Tooling : ARIS, MS Office products, Visio
- Multilingual: English (spoken and written), Dutch and French is a must

Mission Context
- support with the constitution of the business case and PID
- Support with the collection and description of functional and non-functional requirements
- Describe processes in ARIS

Prepare training materials
- Describe internal communications about the changes
- Align with Business Architecture
